Wow!! This was one of the nicest retail experiences I've ever had at ANY type of store. They greet and hold the door for you immediately upon pulling in. The women working this evening (7/19/24) were both phenomenal! Knowledgeable and friendly and knew right where everything was. They had great suggestions, which I appreciated. One of them took it up on herself to entertain my daughter in the very best way, educating her and getting her excited to be there and shop at the pet store. She deserves a raise! I was in awe of her customer service, honestly. As a perk for the store as well, because of their service I spent about 5 times what I had planned to. It is a higher end pet store but I would trust the products in there and their expertise. Extremely impressed and will definitely be back! Thanks ladies!

Quality of service is on another level compared to anyone. Staff is knowledgeable and kind and goes the extra mile at every step. Holding doors and carrying products for customers is way more than anyone would expect but they do. I only go here for pet supplies from regular food purchases (with a rewards program!) to finding supplements or new grooming or comfort items.
